Who We Are
We are the Rock Solid Group of Alcoholics Anonymous. We are what is referred to as an 'inside'
group -- that is, we function from within a correctional facility. Our meetings are open to all current
residents of the transition center where our meetings are held. Former residents and guests may
attend by special permission from the staff. Since its inception in April 2006, our group's focus
has been to bring the 'look and feel' of outside meetings to residents. We are unique. Learn
more by reading about us.
Our Meetings
Our group meets every Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday at 8:00 pm. We always have coffee,
cookies (or donuts) and lively discussion. The meetings are conducted in these formats:
Monday
Tuesday
Wednesday
We are always looking for lead speakers for our Wednesday night meetings. If you are interested
in sharing your experience, strength and hope with our group, please contact us.
The group has temporarily suspended publication of our newsletter until it makes financial
sense to resume printing.
Rock Solid T-Shirts are now available. They are FREE for a donation of $10, the proceeds of
which go 100% to support our group. Contact us to order yours today!
